This female unfortunately conceived with a pregnancy in lower part of the womb or cervix, following fresh transfer in an IVF cycle. This is a cervical ectopic pregnancy ,a very rare presentation,but, nevertheless, a life threatening condition.

Dr Kriti Agarwal, diagnosed the condition early through TVS and managed it successfully with an injection called methotrexate, which dissolved the pregnancy completely, without need of surgery. She monitored patient through ultrasound and serial blood hormonal test only.

A 19 year old girl, known case of polycystic ovarian syndrome was referred with sudden onset left sided lower abdominal pain since seven days, associated with vomiting. Ultrasound showed a bulky left ovary of 6x8x6 cm with no vascularity and fluid in POD. Laparoscopy revealed a gangrenous left ovarian cyst of 8 x 8 cm,  twisted five times over the fallopian tube. Left ovary removal was done through laparoscopic approach.

A 27 year old lady with previous Cesarean Section presented at 8months of pregnancy with pain abdomen and fainting attacks. A provisional diagnosis of Caesarean scar rupture was made and the patient was taken up for surgery. Intra-operatively, a left sided ruptured rudimentary horn pregnancy and a unicornuate uterus with an intact lower segment transverse scar was found and a 1.5kg macerated stillborn fetus  was lying in the peritoneal cavity and approximately 2 litres of blood in abdomen was present. Removal of the rudimentary horn was performed.

A 62 year old lady presented with vaginal bleeding after menopause.On ultrasound, bilateral complex ovarian mass with suspicion of dermoid cysts was detected. Endometrial biopsy showed inflammatory changes and PAP smear was normal. CA125 was normal. During surgery, huge dermoid cysts of 7x7cm was detected  on both side and uterus +both ovaries and tubes was removed.
